CBC Group is a Swiss wholly owned group founded in mainland China in 1995, focusing on China market entry solutions for western small and medium sized companies in the past decade. Their services include business consulting, marketing research, executive search, marketing and communications.

Primasia Corporate Services Limited is a Hong Kong based corporate services group founded in 1987. For more than 20 years, Primasia Corporate Services Limited has helped companies from all over the world establish and maintain operations in Hong Kong. Their services include company incorporation, tax & accounting, payroll and trade/ shipping documentation.

Both companies are dedicated to providing one-stop solutions for multinational companies to enter the China market. After a decade of cooperation, CBC and Primasia decided to form a joint venture: CBC-Primasia.
